Hope you're having a fantastic week. 

Weather this weekend is looking up, with Friday temps in the 40s, and getting warmer for Saturday.

Friday - February 27th

  • Handbag Bingo 2026, Ewing, 6:00 PM
    YWCA Princeton will host its third annual Handbag Bingo at the West Trenton Firehouse Ballroom, offering bingo rounds for designer handbags, raffles, and refreshments to support programs that empower women and families, with tickets now on sale for $29, purchase your ticket here.
  • Trivia Night in the Winery, Princeton, 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
    Terhune Orchards Vineyard & Winery will host a lively trivia night with DJ Iron Mike, featuring rounds covering topics from history to entertainment, with prizes, no cover charge, and a chance to enjoy wine and fun among friends (more info here).
  • Pier Village Restaurant Week, Long Branch, All Week
    Pier Village will host its 9th Annual Restaurant Week from February 24 to March 4, offering prix-fixe dining at top restaurants, retail and wellness promotions, and sweet deals across its oceanfront shops, making it one of the Jersey Shore’s most anticipated dining events (more info here).
  • A Doll's House, Red Bank, Multiple showings
    Two River Theater will present a new adaptation of A Doll’s House, written by Henrik Ibsen and reimagined by director Justin Emeka in 1950s New Jersey, blending Black culture with Ibsen’s timeless story of liberation and identity, running February 26 through March 15 (more info here).
  • Nature Board Game Night, Plainsboro, 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM
    Plainsboro Preserve will host a free, family-friendly Nature Board Game Night featuring nature-themed puzzles and games inside the nature center, encouraging visitors to bring their own snacks and favorite games for a cozy evening of community fun (more info here).

Saturday - February 28th

  • Customer Appreciation Day at The Baked Bear, Long Branch, 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM 
    The Baked Bear in Pier Village will host Customer Appreciation Day with free scoops of handcrafted ice cream for all guests as a thank-you to the community, inviting families and friends to enjoy a sweet afternoon by the shore (more info here).
  • Parade Pre-Game, Asbury Park, 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
    Asbury Park Brewery will host a free, family-friendly St. Patrick’s Day Parade Pre-Game with live music by Chris Brown, raffles supporting the parade fundraiser, and festive entertainment, with proceeds from raffle sales and bar purchases benefiting the event (donate today).
  • Maple Syrup Event, Manalapan, 10:00 AM - 1:45 PM
    Happy Day Farm will continue its 2026 Maple Syrup Event with guided tours showing how maple syrup is made, offering tastings and family fun across select February and March dates, with $18 tickets available at the door and special bookings for scout and homeschool groups.
  • Winter Tree ID & Sketching Workshop, Bedminster, 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
    Fairview Farm will host a guided workshop where participants learn to identify local trees, sketch outdoors, and finish watercolor artwork by the fire, with all materials and hot tea provided for a cozy, creative afternoon (more info here).
  • Chinese New Year Celebration, Princeton, 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM
    Princeton Public Library will host a festive Chinese New Year Celebration featuring a lion dance, calligraphy, painting, music, and hands-on crafts led by students from Princeton High School and the Princeton Chinese Language School, welcoming participants of all ages to join the cultural festivities (more info here).

Sunday - March 1st

  • Montgomery/Rocky Hill Rotary Club Poker Tournament, Skillman, 12:00 PM
    The Montgomery/Rocky Hill Rotary Club will host a charity poker tournament at Cherry Valley Country Club with a $5,000+ prize pool, $100 buy-in, lunch included, and early registration bonuses, offering players a fun afternoon of cards for a good cause (more info here).
  • Chamber Orchestra Concert, Trenton, 4:00 PM
    The Capital Philharmonic of New Jersey will present a chamber orchestra concert led by guest conductor Kenneth T. Bean, featuring works by Mozart, Britten, Caroline Shaw, and Bohuslav Martinů, along with live painting by Kathleen Hurley Liao whose art will later be auctioned at the orchestra’s annual gala (more info here).
  • Refresh Vintage Market, Holmdel, 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
    Bell Works will host the Refresh Vintage Market, a one-day showcase of rare collectibles, nostalgic finds, and unique treasures from specialized vendors, bringing together vintage lovers and collectors for a celebration of all things retro (more info here).
  • Fourth Wave Fest, Asbury Park, 12:30 - 7:00PM
    The third annual Fourth Wave Fest will take place March 1 at House of Independents, featuring women and allied performers in an all-day indoor music festival dedicated to empowerment and raising funds for 180 Turning Lives Around, which supports survivors of domestic and sexual violence .Tickets are $15 in advance, $25 at the door, learn more here.
